Abstract
Chemical studies to assess the quality of sea water of "Hampyong traditional sea water baths" were investigated. Important results are as fallows : The measured germanium was 0.13 ppb for sea water baths(0.05 ppb for sea water sample on the continental shelf) by Hydride Generation Inductively Coupled Plasma/ Mass Spectrometry(HG-ICP/MS) ; sulfur was 7.80 ppm(750 ppm) by Inductively Coupled Plasma/Atomic Emission Spectroscopy(ICP/AES) ; zinc was 18.5 ppb (7.4) by High-Resolution Inductively Coupled Plasma/Mass Spectrometry (HR-ICP/MS). And other 29 species were measured and reported.
